Bolivian Salt Flats

The combination of high altitude and the burning white of the salt gives Salar De Uyuni a stark, unforgiving feel. To give you an idea it is so flat and featureless that the US Military uses it calibrate its satellites sensors. It is a place that feels like it is nowhere.
